They were both very professional and friendly. They identified a leak in my tub and fixed this for us as well as ordering new filters for us and had these delivered directly to us.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an air source heat pump fitted to our tub by Johnny a few weeks ago. It really is an excellent bit of kit and has quite honestly been a complete gamechanger with regards to the energy consumption for the better. Before the air source heater was fitted the tub would use about 2300watts when heating or in use. This is now around 1000watts. As we are an off grid property this is a massive help to take pressure off the battery system.  If we were on grid, you would see a huge difference in your electricity bill! I would recommend Aquae sulis to do any fits and fixes, and will continue to use him for any future installs etc We had a bit of a disaster over the holidays and needed a part for the jets. Johnny was quick to arrive and fix this during the holiday period when most places are closed. As we are a holiday let it is important that we have somebody we can call in an emergency and Johnny is very quick to respond.
